On Sunday evening, Marseille secured their place at the top of Ligue 1 with a convincing victory over Toulouse. The match was closely contested but Marseille emerged victorious thanks to some outstanding performances from key players.

In midfield, Florian Thauvin and Adama Traore were instrumental in creating chances for their teammates. Thauvin's pace and skill allowed him to create numerous opportunities for his team-mates while Traore's passing range and vision helped to open up the opposition defences.
